Electronic met performing arts in this exciting curated programme, born from the shared desire to bring Ukrainian and UK artists together in solidarity. Whilst Liverpool hosted Eurovision on Ukraine’s behalf, Xpresia saw collaborations between British and Ukrainian creative producers and curators, to deliver something unique, vibrant and atmospheric.

Celebrating culture, unity and creativity through visual arts, electronic music, DJs, live music, theatre and cabaret and creative technology with the brand new Xpresia 2023 festival. The festival took place in the exciting Ten Streets area across some of Liverpool’s best independent arts and music venues.
