Into Film is inviting organisations to express interest in becoming Into Film Filmmaking Clubs for the 2026–27 academic year.
Through this programme, selected organisations will receive fully funded, in-person filmmaking workshops delivered by experienced Regional Coordinators or industry practitioners. These sessions cover key skills including storytelling, camera work, lighting, sound and editing.
Participants will be supported to create filmed content, build new skills and grow in confidence. Each organisation will also receive a £500 payment to support delivery of filmmaking activity, along with access to exclusive online training and a wide range of free resources.
The programme also offers signposting to local filmmaking opportunities, including National Saturday Clubs and BFI Film Academy, as well as connection to a UK-wide network of organisations running Filmmaking Clubs. Ongoing support will be available beyond the academic year to help sustain and develop activity, alongside guidance to secure a Public Video Screening licence for your setting.
To express interest, complete the Filmmaking Club Expression of Interest form by Wednesday 20 May. Into Film will contact applicants on Wednesday 10 June with the outcome and next steps.
