We are looking for a Technical Production Manager to lead the technical delivery of our shows.
This is a unique opportunity to join the team at one of the UK’s most exciting new music organisations. Since fully opening in the summer of 2021 we have played host to artists such as Nadine Shah, OMD, Doves, Black Country New Road, English Teacher, The Zutons, Nubiyan Twist, Dry Cleaning, The Coral, Bodega and many more, with a programme encompassing the best in contemporary alternative, jazz, electronic and experimental music.
Future Yard is committed to providing a range of pathways for local young people to develop the skills needed to embark on careers within the live music industry. We view all of our events as learning opportunities and you will regularly have trainees shadowing and assisting you on live events. You will be passionate about passing on your skills to the next generation and embrace the culture of exchange and skill sharing on which Future Yard is built.
NB – The position is available Full Time or on a reduced hours basis (details below). This flexibility is intended to support an ideal candidate who may wish to maintain an interest in work opportunities in the sector, alongside their role at Future Yard.
We are equally open to candidates applying via the full time or reduced hours option and have no preference. Our principal motivation is to find the best candidate for the role.
