The Team Leader – Conservation is a specialist role based at Liverpool Record Office within Liverpool Central Library, responsible for managing the conservation studio and preserving valuable archives and special collections.
Working closely with the Library Service Management Team, the post holder contributes to the development of strategic archive and library initiatives aligned with Liverpool City Council’s goals. The role demands expert knowledge in conservation, strong leadership skills, and excellent organisation and communication to guide teams and deliver high standards of care for historical materials.
