The Quality Manager will manage the HE & FE academic quality cycle. Collaborating with Heads of Departments and academic teams to deliver a high-quality, consistent academic experience, underpinned by robust systems analysis of student data and feedback, and targeted strategic enhancements.
We are looking for a passionate, organised and experienced individual to lead on quality assurance and enhancement across our Further and Higher Education provision in the creative industries. This role is central to supporting an exceptional student experience through rigorous academic quality processes and an ethos of continuous improvement.
This role can be based at either our Liverpool or London campus.
