As the Tour de France comes to Liverpool in 2027, we’re seeking a creative individual, collective or organisation to transform Princes Avenue into the vibrant home of a Polka Dot Party.
Inspired by the iconic red polka dot jersey, this commission will create a bold, welcoming cultural destination where communities, visitors, food, music and creativity come together.
We’re looking for a team with experience in festival dressing, environmental design, placemaking or public realm activation to develop the site’s visual identity, atmosphere and spatial experience.
