We are looking for a Library Operations Manager to play a crucial role within our Libraries Management Team as we embark upon an exciting future. With a draft Library Strategy in progress and a brand-new management team in formation, the successful person will be key in developing Liverpool Libraries to be an essential community hub.
The Library Operations Manager will lead our frontline teams across the community libraries, ensuring excellent customer service with a real commitment to engaging existing and new library users. You will need great people skills, a strong operational background in the sector and a real passion for working with the public.
In the role of Library Operations Manager, you will take the lead role in outreach and partnership development, focusing on an engagement led approach, and will lead on the development of the Home Delivery and Prison Library offers.
