The Finance and Business Operations Team who serve as backbone of our operations, encompassing a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning Finance, HR, and departmental administration within Libraries, Museums and Galleries are seeking a Finance Coordinator. The team fosters collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure the seamless execution of our departmental strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Business Operations, you¿ll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial administration and support functions across the department. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with university and departmental policies, optimising service delivery, monitoring performance benchmarks, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you¿ll contribute to shaping LMG¿s financial strategy and spearhead the development and oversight of financial systems crucial for the attainment of our strategic objectives.

Please note: although this role is being recruited to Libraries, Museums and Galleries, reflecting current business needs and processes, its location may change to a centralised finance function at a later date.
