Playing a key role within the city’s largest music organisation, Liverpool Philharmonic’s HR department takes on a busy and diverse workload.
We’re currently looking to recruit an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to support the high-quality delivery of all our Human Resources services. You’ll take a lead in helping Liverpool Philharmonic attract, develop and retain the best possible staff, ensuring that all recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR queries, and support all training and HR activity. You’ll also assist in funding bids and carry out administrative duties relating to the Board. If you’re an organised critical thinker with experience in a similar role, who is also professional, diplomatic and a great communicator, we’d love to hear from you.
The position is titled HR & Recruitment Coordinator, with an annual salary of £28,000. It is a full-time, permanent contract requiring 35 hours of work per week. The role reports directly to the Head of HR and is based at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
