Knowsley Council are looking for a Culture Development and Events Officer (Events) to join their Culture Team. If you are passionate about culture and have experience of planning and delivering large scale events and cultural activities, then this role could be for you.
Experience could include delivering cultural events, developing and supporting cultural organisations and artists, activities, festivals, performances, public art, etc.
You will be expected to help embed, and put into practice, a culture of enabling, co-production, social growth, behaviour change, addressing inequalities and service innovation, including the development and delivery of cultural events.
You will establish partnerships with key national, regional and local organisations, this will include collaborative and cross cutting ventures internally and with other agencies, local authorities, businesses and organisations, community, voluntary and faith groups.

Salary: £36,124 – £37,938 per annum
Location: Prescot Registry Office, 11 High Street, Prescot, Knowsley, L34 3LD, with Hybrid Working
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 36 hours per week. Consideration will be given for part time working.
