Big Up Bootle is a free creative project inviting people from the local area to join us for photo walks, creative writing sessions and turn the images and words we capture into a brand new mural for the whole community at Safe Regeneration.
Open to all ages, the project aims to celebrate the nature, history and culture of Bootle through images and words.
Project Dates:
Photo walk: Sunday 9th August, 1.30pm-2.30pm
Writing session: Sunday 16th August, 1.30om-2.30pm
Mural painting: Saturday 23rd & Saturday 29th August, 1pm-5pm
Celebration BBQ event: Sunday 30th August, 1pm-5pm
Closing Date: Sunday 30th August 2026
