This half-term, Royal Albert Dock Liverpool is welcoming children to learn the tricks of the trade and become mini entertainers at The Little Circus, available from Tuesday 28th – Thursday 30th May 2024.

Offering the perfect free activity to keep youngsters entertained, The Little Circus will offer a series of exciting workshops with guidance from the experts, where they can try their hand at juggling, take on the dizzying spinning plates, or show off their moves with the colourful art of ribbon dancing.

Suitable from ages 4-14 years, the workshops are bookable through Eventbrite with 216 spaces available in total across the three days, with three one-hour sessions per day. Taking place upstairs in Revolucion de Cuba, adults are invited to sit back and watch their budding circus stars become masters of the Big Top, all on Liverpool’s iconic waterfront.

Plus, don’t miss mini performances from the pros, as jugglers will show off their skills outside the venue throughout the day from 10.30-2pm.

For more half-term family fun, why not make a day of it at the dock and explore the variety of shops, attractions and restaurants. Little foodies can head to Gusto to perfect their pizza making skills, or for a quick bite enjoy some of the best fish and chips in town from Docklands Fish & Chips.

For an immersive experience like no other, head to Escape Hunt to choose from five incredible adventures, or The Beatles Story where music lovers can learn all about the ‘Fab Four’. Culture enthusiasts can dive into Liverpool’s seafaring past at the Merseyside Maritime Museum, or snap a colourful spring-time selfie infront of the Liverpool Mountain.

Whether you’re visiting to join The Little Circus or to enjoy a memorable day on the waterfront with food, culture and more, the dock is the perfect place to keep boredom at bay this half-term.
