Me vs Me by Wired Aerial Theatre

As part of an education programme around the World Boxing Championships for secondary schools across Liverpool, Culture Liverpool has commissioned Wired Aerial Theatre to deliver Me vs Me – a bungee aerial theatre piece with supporting workshops.

Me vs Me is a production choreographed by Henri Oguike. It explores the duality of mental health and the instinct of fight and flight. Developed within a safeguarded framework, the project involved mental health activists, education experts and incredible performers and climbers.

Culture Liverpool approached schools and youth providers to offer the opportunity to work with the production company and artists. Together, they will explore these themes and how they are represented in sport, expression and wellness.
