E. Chambré (1898-1988) and Margaret Hardman (1908-1970) were award winning photographers who ran successful studios in Liverpool and Chester. This National Trust exhibition, in partnership with Cewe, presents Liverpool and its people through their creative eyes, from carefully staged portraits to scenes of everyday life. Their work forms a powerful visual legacy that continues to shape how the city is seen and remembered today.
