- 6 x Expert-selected fine Italian Wines: With the help of our ‘grape’ assistant, Mr. Vines, pair your wines to a range of charcuterie-style offerings, from brimming bruschettas to creamy cheeses – you will learn the who, what, where, when, and wine behind this food science.
- 2 x Intervals of expert-curated food platters. 1 x to pair with your red wines, 1 x to pair with your white wines.
- 1 x Homemade tiramisu alongside your dessert wine: tiramisu literally means ‘pick me up,’ so it was hard to miss this iconic Italian dessert from our signature experience. Paired with our finest dessert wine, this will satisfy your sweet tooth. Homemade and served in our signature glass dish, it is quite literally impossible to refuse… or else you may find yourself trapped in tiramisu regret like our little grape friend, Mr. Vines…
Our information booklets and scorecards will give you in-depth insight into the world of wine, with hints of what to look out for when tasting, the notes in the Wine, and some key characteristics of each wine that define the grape. Our scorecards allow you to rate each wine so you can keep track and learn about the different properties of each wine you enjoy.
