2UBE XTRA returns this spring for a jam-packed 11-day music festival at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), including over 40 incredible, up-and-coming artists.
Local, national and international artists perform a multitude of genres ranging from rock and indie to alt and pop. This free ticketed event takes place in the Paul McCartney Auditorium at LIPA and runs from Monday 24th April to Friday 5th May. Tickets for this event can be purchased online through SKIDDLE.
Every year in April, The 2UBE XTRA music festival offers a first-rate platform for LIPA final year performers and has served as a springboard for the careers of numerous musicians.
2UBE XTRA Festival Organiser and LIPA Lecturer Keith Mullin says:
“We launched 2ube Xtra several years ago as an opportunity for our final year musicians to perform with a live audience. Over the years, it has grown to become a key event in Liverpool’s festival calendar for audiences and musicians alike to experience new music from up-and-coming acts in an intimate venue.”
