Call out to the Liverpool dance community!

Don’t miss the opportunity to join Dance Consortia North West in Liverpool for Collective Inquiry, a two-day dance symposium, which explores the findings from the DCNW Research Programme, taking place on Tuesday 15 October, 9:30am-5:30am and Wednesday 16 October, 10am-6pm at Arts Bar, Hope Street.

Over the last two years, the DCNW Research Programme has commissioned 17 artists and organisations to reimagine dance in the North West, culminating in research which provides a compelling snapshot of the quality of dance in the North West today..

Collective Inquiry is an opportunity to learn more about the research findings and…

  • Explore the findings and what they say about what matters to artists and organisations working in the field today.
  • Reflect and learn from the research, in relation to your own needs, and the collective needs of the sector.
  • Meet and have some fruitful conversations with others working in North West dance, as we draw from the research to ask and explore key questions.

It’s a challenging time for all of us in North West dance, it’s important we keep dance connected across the region by talking to each other.

Collective Inquiry is an opportunity to do this, as we reflect and learn from the research, before we navigate and decide next steps and ask what happens next?
